Swan MP3 DJ Doorbell replaces your boring door chime

If you’re looking for a way to spice up the doorbell in your house, Swann has got the perfect solution for you. Called the MP3 DJ Doorbell, it aims to get rid of your usual boring old door chime with something you’d rather be listening to. It consists of a speaker unit and a push button doorbell unit. Place the button by your door, and the speaker in your living room or wherever it needs to be in order to be heard (within a 165′ range of the button of course). Whenever the button is pressed, an MP3 that is stored on an onboard SD card is played through the speakers instead.

When you’re not expecting anybody, or you need a portable music player around the house, the MP3 DJ Doorbell also functions as a regular music box, playing all the songs stored on your SD card. The speaker has onboard controls that let you control it just like any other MP3 player. Transfer songs by removing the SD card or plugging the speaker into your computer via its USB port.
