They say that there is no free lunch in this world, but what about free text messages? I guess that is possible, with the textPlus offering you the ability to send free text messages to virtually anyone around the world, as long as they are connected to the Internet. No longer do you need to rely on expensive text plans, as the textPlus is touted to be perfect for all your texting needs. It will play nice on either Wi-Fi or 3G networks, and was created with a fluid user interface exclusively for those who want to rock on with the Windows Phone platform.

Of course, those who are running on the iOS and Android operating systems will not be left out, although the look and feel will be very different from that on a Windows Phone device. Seems to be a decent competitor to WhatsApp, except that you can now text for free to any US or Canadian mobile phone number without worrying whether the receiver has the app installed or not.
