It seems that the developer version of Flyme OS 1.0 has leaked yesterday, and logic dictates that such leaks are detrimental to companies who want to ensure that their activities for the future remain hush hush, so that users or customers of the company will be pleasantly surprised when the right time arrives. Well, we do know that Flyme OS 1.0 is an operating system that is based on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, where it is tipped to ship alongside the MEIZU MX Quad-core later this June. Considering how the MX Quad-core is not any different when you compare it to the MX in terms of design, Flyme OS 1.0 has the potential to be one of the more pleasant surprises for users who were looking forward to the MX Quad-core. If you see the leaked legit version around, it should be good enough for an install, that’s for sure.

On a sidenote, I tried accessing their official English website, but it has been removed offline temporarily with a placeholder page taking over instead, and in Chinese, to boot! Were they hacked or compromised in any way, and does it have anything to do with the leak?
