Earlier today we reported that famed radio maker, Tivoli, had created their first set of headphones dubbed the Radio Silenz. Not forgetting their roots or their core competency, Tivoli has also outed two new radio devices in the form of the Model One BT and the PAL BT, both of which are expected to feature Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). Both devices will be released in the late summer of 2012 with the former coming with a price tag of $260 and the latter featuring a more expensive price tag of $300.

So what’s the difference, you ask? The PAL BT will be a portable solution and will run off battery power and will come with a 2.5” speaker built into it. The Model One BT on the other hand will feature a 3” speaker and will come as a wood-encased table top unit. Both can pick up AM and FM frequencies and offer auxiliary inputs. However if you have a Tivoli radio that does not feature wireless connectivity, the company has also revealed the BluCon dongle that can be attached via a cable and offer wireless music streaming to older devices. The Tivoli BluCon will retail for $150 (some sites are reporting it as $200).
