HP has just lifted the curtains of their ENVY m4 notebook that is said to deliver the right balance of mobility, performance and entertainment, all cleverly engineered into a thin and light package for customers to get the best portable computing experience wherever they go. Corporate types will definitely appreciate this puppy as it comes with HP ProtectSmart that will help guard against data loss should the ENVY m4 be dropped, while HP CoolSense helps to adjust performance and internal fan settings automatically for a physically cooler experience, and security issues are handled by HP SimplePass technology that relies on biometrics for that added peace of mind.

On the outside, HP’s design engineers has made sure the HP ENVY m4 is a sight for sore eyes, where it boasts of a simple brushed-aluminum design and optional backlit keyboard, coming with a 14-inch diagonal HD display and third-generation Intel Core processors that pack quite the punch required for the road warrior. Not only that, the HP ENVY m4 will be accompanied by an HP TrueVision HD Webcam, while select models will carry Intel WiDi connectivity which enables you to project PC content wirelessly to an HD TV.

Other hardware specifications include a built-in subwoofer and two speakers that amplify Beats Audio in order for your ears to enjoy a decent portable audio experience after a hard day of work. Pricing for the HP ENVY m4 will begin from $899.99 upwards, depending on the hardware configuration of your choice. Expect it to arrive in select markets when October 26th rolls around.
