Sometimes we can’t help but salute the people who put up drop test videos on YouTube – after all we hate it when we accidentally drop our gadgets, but to do it on purpose? That has to suck, and to be honest even if they were sponsored, it still has to be somewhat heart-wrenching, right? Either way if you were thinking of picking up a Google Nexus 4 for yourself and was wondering how it might hold up to the everyday rigors of life, a Nexus 4 drop test video has made its way onto YouTube which you can check out in the video above. For those who forgot, the Nexus 4 features a glass back much like the iPhone 4/4S, so this would be particularly nasty if you were to drop it on its back since it could shatter and leave some ugly marks, which was what happened in this drop test. Of course these drop tests can hardly be called scientific but if you’d like a general idea of how resilient the Nexus 4 is, then watch the video to get a better idea for yourself!
