moto-x-review-05Android 4.4.2 KitKat was introduced to the Moto X on T-Mobile not too long ago, before it was followed up by the same act on U.S. Cellular and Verizon models. It does seem as though Sprint does not want to lose out on this particular update too, with Sprint Moto X owners being next in line to be on the receiving end of this particular update. In fact, Motorola has done their bit to update their Moto X software upgrade page in order to point users to the Android 4.4.2 update for the Sprint version of the Moto X right after its approval.

Similar to how the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update was introduced to other Moto X models on various carriers, the Sprint update too, would include an update to the latest version of KitKat, where it will be accompanied by cloud printing capability, an improved battery life as well as a fix for an email sync delay bug. All in all, the update will ensure that your Sprint Moto X’s software version would be bumped up to 161.44.32. So far, no official announcement has been made, so it remains to be seen just when the over the air push will happen. Good things come to those who wait, after all.
