google-nexus-9-hands-on-4According to our earlier report, T-Mobile has started to sell the latest Nexus 6 handset from Google, but if you had your eye on the Nexus 9 tablet, you might have to wait until December, at least according to T-Mobile. Now the WiFi version of the Nexus 9 tablet is already available, but for those who wanted the LTE version, T-Mobile expects that you should be able to get your hands on it in December.

According to T-Mobile’s announcement, “Additionally, the brand new 32GB Nexus 9 tablet will be available in early December on the Underground for $0 down (and $24.99 for 24 months).” No specific dates were mentioned, so we guess we’ll just have to keep our eyes peeled for its announcement, but hopefully it will be made available in time for Christmas, especially for those who were planning to get it as a gift.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Nexus 9 tablet, here’s a quick recap on some of its specs. The tablet is built by HTC, marking it as the company’s renewed attempts at making tablets after a few years of going by without launching any tablets of its own. The tablet will feature an 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 2048×1536.

Under the hood, the Nexus 9 will be powered by a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 chipset accompanied by 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and as expected will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop right out of the box.
