If you beat Destiny’s much touted Crota’s End raid quite easily then you’ll love what Bungie has in store for you. The developer of this popular title has announced that the Crota’s End Hard Mode is going to be released next week. As the name suggests this new mode is going to make it even harder to finish the raid in Destiny, which has already proven to be tough for some gamers, but others just love a challenge and they’ll surely love the Crota’s End Hard Mode.
Bungie shared these details through its weekly Destiny update on its blog. The developer revealed that Hard More for Crota’s End is now ready. The pace is going to be set by the first Fireteam that beats the final boss, Bungie says that the team might even get “some swag from the Bungie Store” for being the first to beat Crota’s End Hard Mode.
The Raid can be accessed by selecting the activity in Destiny’s Director and then opting for the harder difficulty. The new bar to clear is Level 33 after Hard Mode’s release so configure upgrades accordingly.
Those who have experienced Hard Mode in Vault of Glass will have some idea how Bungie can scale up a raid. The developer warns that “the enemies you’re about to face are stronger and more prone to temper tantrums.”
Destiny Crota’s End Hard Mode will be available on Wednesday, January 21st, 10am Pacific.
