Amazon runs its own Appstore for Android devices. The Appstore comes pre-installed on all of the company’s own hardware, its smartphone and tablets, as well as on new devices from BlackBerry. Android users can download it as well. To get more people to download apps Amazon often offers some great apps for free. To mark the fourth anniversary of its Appstore the company has decided to offer $105 worth of apps for absolutely no charge at all.

Amazon today made 34 paid apps free for a limited time to celebrate the four year anniversary of the Amazon Appstore. Anybody who has an Android device, or one of BlackBerry’s recent models, can download all of these apps for free and continue to use them long after this promotion ends.

The company is running this promotion until March 21st so there are a couple of days left in which people can try out the different apps and games and see which ones they would like to keep.

Apps on offer include some popular games like Cut the Rope, productivity apps like Business Calendar and OpenDocument Reader, as well as some great utility apps.

The entire list of free apps is available on Amazon’s website. Remember, this promotion runs through March 21st.
