moto-x-4thYou know what they say – do not reinvent the wheel. If something good is going on in your life, then go ahead and carry on without having to worry about what needs to be reworked or changed totally, although small improvements are more than welcome. Motorola’s Moto X smartphones have been decent performers all this while, which is why it is far from surprising to hear that there is a 4th generation of the device that is in the pipeline, and an alleged leaked photo of it that features a metal unibody chassis has started to go around, which would definitely make it a whole lot different from the existing generation Moto X Style.

In terms of its hardware specifications, very little information on the handset has been revealed, let alone leaked. Based on the photo alone, the alleged Moto X (4th generation) will feature a redesigned camera housing that has gained additional protection via a layer of glass, where it will be accompanied by a dual tone flash to boot. Right under the camera likes the standard issue Motorola logo.

One can only make the assumption that both the top and bottom segments of the back will be made out of plastic so that the antennas can function without missing a beat, while the speaker grille will remain at the bottom as well – although one cannot discern via the photo as to whether it is stereo or otherwise.
