youtube_loopSometimes there are some songs or videos on YouTube that are so addictive that you just want to keep watching non-stop, or at least until you’re so sick of it that you never want to hear it ever again. However YouTube did not come with an auto-repeat function, meaning that you’d have to use third-party software and tricks to get YouTube videos to loop automatically.

The good news is that it looks like that will no longer be necessary, as pointed out by @henrylim96 (via The Next Web). As you can see in the screenshot above, all you’d have to do is:

  1. right-click inside the video, a menu will appear
  2. Select the option to loop the video. Once that’s done, you’ll be good to go.

This will come in handy if there are certain music albums or tracks that are only available on YouTube. Maybe you like meditation music playing throughout your home or cafe all day, or maybe there’s a party and there is a particularly good mix that you’d love to have on repeat, so instead of running back to your computer to play it again, this feature will come in handy.

We can’t be sure when exactly did this feature actually roll out, but we’re happy that it did, so check it out if you haven’t already.
