Apple already has multiple online support channels where its customers can go and seek help. The company is now expanding its presence to another very important medium. Apple has set up a dedicated YouTube channel to provide assistance to users about basic tasks that they can do with Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad.

Apple’s other online support channels include its @AppleSupport Twitter account that it launched back in March last year. It’s a great resource for those who need more information about a feature or just want to troubleshoot something.

The YouTube channel is called Apple Support and it currently hosts ten short videos that provide explanations for some of iOS 11’s basic functions. Topics covered include how to take a screenshot, updating software, changing the wallpaper, deleting call history, and more.

The videos are up to two minutes in duration and feature written instructions on the left side of the screen and a demonstration on the right side. All of the instructions are narrated throughout the video.

Even though there are only ten videos on this channel right now, it goes without saying that Apple will add more as time goes on. The videos will surely help users better understand their Apple devices.
