Iron Man himself, actor Robert Downey Jr., has teamed up with YouTube Red to make a series on artificial intelligence. Also teaming up with him on this project is producer Susan Downey who happens to be the actor’s wife. Their artificial intelligence documentary is going to be premiered on YouTube Red which is the online video service’s premium platform for original content that can only be accessed by those who pay for a YouTube Red subscription.

It has been confirmed that this series on artificial intelligence is going to have eight episodes that are an hour long each. It’s going to premiere on YouTube Red in 2019.

There’s no name for this series as yet but what has been confirmed so far is that Robert Downey Jr. will be hosting and narrating the series that’s going to feature comments from experts in artificial intelligence as well as scientists and philosophers.

The series is going to focus on how artificial intelligence can change the way humans work and live now and in the future. “Our aim is to explore AI through a lens of objectivity and accessibility, in a thoroughly bold, splashy, and entertaining way,” said Susan Downey in a statement.

More details about this series will likely be confirmed in the coming months as it’s not due for release until 2019.
