A new major update for 1Password for Android has been released today and it’s available for download immediately from the Google Play Store. It brings an overhauled user interface with Material Design so there’s cleaner and spacious layout, toolbars, navigation drawer and many other updated design elements. About a week ago Apple launched a new screen protector program for customers in Japan, enabling customers to get a Belkin screen protector carefully applied to their iPhone inside the Apple Store. The company has launched this program in the United States today and is also rolling it out to other countries. Screen protectors are only applied through Apple’s own retail stores in supported countries.

It was reported last week that Germany had taken a huge step forward with its massive nuclear fusion machine as it had been able to create its first ever hydrogen plasma. The machine was able to produce and sustain hydrogen plasma in its first attempt. China has gone one step further. Its fusion reactor tests have created plasma that hit a temperature of 90 million degrees Fahrenheit, hotter than the core of the Sun, and sustained it for nearly two minutes, 102 seconds to be precise.

It was claimed that a man in India was killed by a meteorite strike on a college campus in Tamil Nadu, one of India’s southern states, local reports suggested that a large object fell from the sky and caused an explosion at the Bharathidasan Engineering College killing the man and also injuring three people.
