Konami announced today that it is going to release Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain for PC alongside the console iterations on September 1st, the title is now available for pre-order via Steam and it will include a copy of its prologue Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeros for free. Previously the PC iteration was supposed to be released on September 15th but Konami has listened to calls from PC users and decided to move up the release.

Sony’s cloud game streaming service PlayStation Now has been limited to the company’s consoles since it arrived and it’s currently available to users in just a handful of markets. The company is gradually expanding the service’s reach and the next step in that endeavor is to bring it to PlayStation TV and the PlayStation Vita handheld.
