lg-g3-phone-002Unfortunately for LG fans, the company did not unveil their new flagship phone at MWC 2015, instead opting to unveil new mid-range handsets. Instead word on the street has it that LG might unveil the device at a separate event in April to avoid competing with the likes of Samsung, and if recent reports are to be believed, it could be quite a fight.

A recent report from the Korea Times has quoted LG’s head of mobile division Cho Juno as stating that the upcoming LG G4 will sport a radical new design. This seems to be in line with what Samsung has done this year with the Samsung Galaxy S6 which came with a brand new design and made use of more premium materials such as metal and glass. ipad_pro_4The 12-inch iPad Pro is an Apple product that has been rumored to be in the works for a while now. No word on when it will launch, if at all, but if you were hoping to see it announced at either Apple’s 9th of March event or WWDC 2015 in the middle of the year, you’d be disappointed to learn that will not be happening.

According to reports, word on the street has it that Apple has delayed the production of the iPad Pro and has since pushed it to September. Apparently this is due to the difficulty of obtaining the necessary displays needed for the device. This is actually a pretty huge delay as previous reports have suggested that production was supposed to begin this quarter. Read full post →Larger iPad’s Production Delayed To September [Rumor]

ipad_pro_8We have had the rumors that Apple could be reversing directions and instead of making more compact and smaller tablets, they could be looking to take cues from Samsung and Microsoft by developing larger tablets. The rumored 12-inch iPad Pro has been floating about for a while now and thanks to a new report from The Wall Street Journal, additional details about the tablet has surfaced.

According to the report, it seems that Apple could be introducing a USB 3.0 port to the tablet which is actually rather interesting as we would have thought that Apple would stick to the Lightning port. Apple has relied on non-proprietary ports for their computers (save for the chargers) so for them to turn to USB 3.0 would suggest that Apple sees the iPad Pro as more of a computer and less as a tablet.
