Remember back in the day of the feature phone where Bluetooth, WiFi, and GPS were considered luxuries? Nowadays just about every smartphone has such features and to not have these features would certainly raise a couple of eyebrows. However while most of us would turn our noses at these feature phones, there is a market out there for such devices – the drug dealing market.

Just the other day ZTE launched the ZTE Blade S6 and if you thought that was all the company had up their sleeves, think again because it looks like ZTE has since announced the ZTE Blade L3. However unlike the ZTE Blade S6, the ZTE Blade L3 will come with some pretty low-end specs, which we guess is great for the budget shopper.
So what are we looking at? The phone will feature a 5-inch qHD 960×540 display. It will be powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor and will be accompanied by 1GB of RAM, which we guess should be good enough to get the job done, but if you’re looking for more power then you’d probably have to look elsewhere.
