samsung logo 640x389Usually when you hear about Samsung in the courtrooms, you probably associate it with another case with Apple where either company is suing each other. However this time around, it isn’t Apple whom Samsung is contesting against, but rather the US government. According to a report from the Washington Post, Samsung has been slapped with a fine by the US government over misleading practices.

So recently Samsung had sold a bunch of their own products to the US government, but apparently in the process of doing so, broke a bunch of laws. In order to sell their products to the government, Samsung had to meet certain requirements, such as only selling products that are made in the US or in countries in which the US has trade agreements with. When it comes to audio products, Cambridge Audio is a name that is familiar amongst the audiophile circles. Granted it might not be as popular compared to more mainstream brands like Bose or Logitech, but it does have a pretty good reputation. That being said, if you’re looking for new wireless speakers, Cambridge Audio has recently unveiled a trio of new speakers for you to choose from.

These speakers come in the form of the Cambridge Audio Go v2, the Go Radio, and the Bluetone 100 Wireless Speakers. All three speakers are of the wireless variety so if you don’t want to deal with the hassle of connecting wires, then perhaps these are options worth looking at. iPhone 6 Leaked 5.5 Inch HousingAssuming that Apple doesn’t pull a fast one on us and unveils something completely different on the 9th of September, we’re sure that pretty much everyone knows what the iPhone 6 is going to look at. Both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch models are expected to look identical, save for their sizes, and now thanks to newly leaked photos, photo comparisons between the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch model have surfaced.

As you can see in the image above, it shows both the 4.7-inch iPhone 6’s rear casing and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6’s rear casing compared to one another. Safe to say that the difference in size is pretty obvious so if you’re a person with small hands, perhaps considering the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 might be a better idea. hp logoWhile Windows 8 might be the latest operating system from Microsoft, it seems that the Redmond company is having a hard time trying to convince its OEM partners to promote and use the operating system. In fact it seems in HP’s latest round of advertising and promotions, the company has focused on Windows 7, instead of Windows 8.

HP recently sent out emails to its customers where they are boasting about the availability of Windows 7 on their computers, both desktops and laptops. This is actually not the first time that HP has “ditched” Windows 8 in favor of Windows 7. Apparently they find that promoting computers with Windows 7 helps to generate more interest than Windows 8. If a leaked asset is any indication then it appears that there might be a sequel in the works for Resident Evil: Revelations. The assest was leaked via Xbox.com and was first spotted by a French gaming website. Leaked asset includes a cover for the title as well as a screenshot. The cover reads “Biohazard: Revelations 2.” Its the same title, Biohazard is just the Japanese name for Resident Evil.

It was back in 2012 when Resident Evil: Revelations was released for the 3DS. Last year an HD version of this title was also released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and the Wii U.

In related Resident Evil news, Capcom announced earlier this month that the 2002 Gamecube remake of the original Resident Evil is being remade again for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC. However Capcom is not saying anything about Resident Evil: Revelations 2. When pressed for comment by Eurogamer, the publisher said that “Capcom has made no announcements.”

For now there’s nothing from Capcom, the official Xbox website doesn’t offer any more details about Resident Evil: Revelations. We’ll keep an eye on this and see if any more information comes up about this title. Obviously its too soon to say if and when this title will be released.

Samsung’s much rumored smartphone fashioned out of metal was announced recently. The Galaxy Alpha touts a metal build, much like Apple’s smartphone, and this has led to many people drawing comparisons between the two. Samsung presumably timed the release so that this device hits the market when Apple’s iPhone 6 hits shelves. While the iPhone 6 has not been officially unveiled as yet 3D models of the smartphone based on rumors have been created and compared against the Galaxy Alpha.
