Amazon is gradually expanding its one-hour delivery service. The online retail giant announced today that Amazon Prime Now is live in Dallas. Just last week the service was expanded to Baltimore and Miami. Amazon Prime Now was launched in December last year and initially it was only available in parts of Manhattan. The service was later expanded to cover all of Manhattan and certain parts of Brooklyn.

Apple is going to start accepting pre-orders for the Apple Watch on April 10th. That’s also the day when it will allow people to head over to its retail stores and try the wearable device on for 15 minutes. There have already been reports about manufacturing issues which could bring about supply shortages. A report published today claims that in-store inventory is expected to be very limited on launch day.

In fact, there is an embarrassment of apps to choose from, not to mention with the emoji having gone mainstream. Is there a better way to communicate via texting? paypal-galaxy-s5It looks like online payment service provider, PayPal, has decided to fork out a whopping $7.7m to the US government as a fine, after there were claims made that PayPal enabled payments to go through, and some of these payments happened to have violated sanctions against Iran, Cuba and Sudan. According to the US Treasury Department, the payment firm did not manage to provide adequate screening of such transactions, and along the way, failed to prevent those.

While we do know that Apple’s work on their upcoming spaceship campus is about to be completed soon, there remains a single aspect that needs to be looked into – and that would be the naming convention, of course. Apple CEO Tim Cook did mention that all or part of the new spaceship campus could be named after the late Apple co-founder, Steve Jobs.
