As soon as it was discovered that Apple’s new iPhones would feature chipsets made by both Samsung and TSMC and came in different sizes, many were quick to wonder if the difference in manufacturer and size would actually impact how the phone operated. It turns out that in terms of performance, the differences are negligible.
However according to recent benchmarks, it seems that battery life on the other hand is very different, with the TSMC-made A9 sporting battery life that is almost 2 hours longer than the Samsung-made A9.
