We have known for a while now that HBO is working on an over-the-top internet TV streaming service. The cable giant has already confirmed its plans to move into internet streaming in order to capture those cord cutters who just don’t want to pay for a cable subscription. According to the new report the cable giant’s much awaited service will be called HBO Now and it will cost $15 per month.
Best Buy today announced that it is reducing the membership price for its Gamers Club Unlocked program. Members of the program get 20 percent off new physical retail games, 10 percent off pre-owned physical titles and 10 percent bonus trade-in credit on games apart from many other privileges. Members pay upfront for a two year membership which was previously priced at $99.99.
