Earlier this year there were rumors that due to conflicts with Hideo Kojima and Konami, the producer was said to be leaving the company. This was later confirmed when box art removed mention of Kojima from them, and while Konami has never explicitly said that Kojima was leaving, we’re sad to say that it has pretty much been made official.

Konami has recently released a video (see above) in which the game’s long-time director/producer Kojima bids farewell to the series. This is particularly touching because for those unfamiliar, the Metal Gear Solid series has been running for close to three decades now, meaning that there have been plenty of fans who will no doubt be affected by his departure. polaroid_snapBack in the day before digital cameras became so widely adopted, Polaroid cameras were a pretty huge deal due to their ability to print photos on the fly. This is versus more traditional film cameras where you’d either have to develop it yourself, or take it to the shop where you’d have to wait a few days for them to be developed and printed.

Fast forward to today, such cameras are no longer needed, but they are still a novelty and if you’re after something similar, you’re in luck thanks to a camera called the Snap. This isn’t a Polaroid made camera, but rather a licensed one and it does share similar features and looks. Instead the Snap is a 10MP camera that features a built-in printer. Now previously the company launched variants of bPay in the form of a keychain, a wristband, or a sticker that can be attached to the back of your phone. paypal-meLet’s say you’re out with your friends and you want to pay for dinner using your credit card, and everyone will just pay you back. There are many ways to go about this, one of which is to get friends to give you actual cash. Another way is to do a bank transfer, or in PayPal’s case, they have decided to launch PayPal.me that will supposedly make it even easier.

So what so different about PayPal.me compared to the regular PayPal? Apparently the idea behind it is to go back to PayPal’s roots where they were a service that allowed users to send money to each other easily, as opposed to acting like a “bank”, which some feel that way about the service today.
