Alltel Wireless Offers LG Tritan AX840

Alltel Wireless has started to offer the LG Tritan AX840 to the masses, and at first glance, some of us might even mistake that handset to be the T-Mobile G1/HTC Dream although a closer look reveals a full QWERTY keyboard residing underneath the device, revealed only when it slides open. Features of the LG Tritan AX840 include :-

• EV-DO Rev A connectivity
• GPS (Alltel Navigation)
• Full Internet browser
• E-mail
• Voice recognition
• 3-megapixel camera with video recording capability
• microSD memory card slot

It will set you back by a mere $79.99, although you will need to send in a $100 mail-in rebate and tie yourself down for two years to an Alltel contract.
