It’s great to see that virtual reality technology is actively being worked on, after all, we’d all love to ditch our computer monitors and actually enter World of Warcraft ourselves, right? Folks over at the National University of Singapore have come up with a design that allows users to immerse themselves into the game via a visor and a wand (of sorts). They set up a room, armed with sensors to track player movements, to play an FPS game called Death Match. Users will be able to interact by ducking, dodging and jumping, which sounds just awesome.
