MSI X420 laptop unveiled

MSI continues with the “slim is in” theme by rolling out its latest X-Slim series laptop – the X420. While this 14″ laptop is no MacBook Air, you do get a big say on what goes in depending on your needs and budget, ranging from Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 to SU4100 processors, a toss up of graphics cards with the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430 (max. 1GB) as the main hitter and up to a 500GB SATA hard drive. Other standard amenities include Bluetooth connectivity and a pretty ordinary 1.3-megapixel webcam to get you started on all those video calls right out of the box. While we do know that the MSI X420 will run on Windows 7, we hope to get further details on its exact release date and pricing in due time.
