Samsung Galaxy S Supports HDMI Output Via Micro USB Cable

Samsung’s Galaxy S was originally only able to handle video out via a 3.5mm audio jack, which might not be the best solution if you’re looking to output high-resolution videos. Now Samsung has introduced a Micro USB to HDMI cable that should make viewing videos from your Galaxy S on your HDTV a much easier affair. The cable will be priced at $50, and will be compatible with Galaxy S phones such as the Samsung Vibrant and Samsung Captivate from T-Mobile and AT&T respectively.
