The Thanko USB Necktie Cooler 3 (link is in Japanese) from Japan is the third iteration of such a gadget, where it will offer some much needed relief in the office if you’re feeling particularly hot under the collar from all the heat you’ve gotten from your boss throughout the week. This is a silk necktie that comes with a plastic fan – some of you might think it is a PC cooling fan from certain angles, where it will suck air from the outside and blow it to your neck as long as the USB Necktie Cooler 3 remains plugged into a USB port. For those who prefer to keep things cool whenever they’re out of the office, this device will also hold a quartet of AAA batteries. It seems as though its predecessor and this has very little difference in terms of hardware capability, apart from the tie design.
