Motorola has made it known to the masses that they will be rolling out its first 4G LTE modem, touting it to be the perfect device to perform video streaming or conferencing, video blogging and uploading of video files onto social networking sites. Also known as the FDD LTE USB-lte 7110, it aims to offer reliable 4G mobile broadband connectivity just about anytime and anyplace. There is still no word on when such a USB modem will become available, but that is no surprise since LTE networks in the US are as elusive as Osama bin Laden. Guess we will have to wait for quite some time before 4G gets more popular among the masses. [Press Release]
