galaxy s wifidirect

Samsung’s Galaxy S has picked up another plus point as a smartphone – this time round, it has been listed on the Wi-Fi Alliance’s Wi-Fi Direct certification docket, making it one of the first actual devices to date. Of course, this might not change your perception against or towards the Galaxy S if you’ve already got your heart set on other smartphones, but bear in mind that most modern era Wi-Fi-enable devices can be Wi-Fi Direct certified through a firmware update since there isn’t a need to update the hardware. Expect other handsets to achieve similar certification in due time before the year is over, but if you like to be first in everything, then you’d best get hold of the Galaxy S before it is sold out.
