Super-Jumbo

Are you a person who likes choice? Do you ever feel like one operating system is never enough? Do you ever wish you had the choice of two different operating systems? How do three operating systems sound to you? Always Innovating, the company behind the refrigerator tablet/netbook hybrid has come up with Super-Jumbo – a single disk image that combines four different operating systems – Google Android 2.3, Ubuntu 10.10, Google Chrome OS and AIOS (Always Innovating Operating System).

Super-Jumbo works on the BeagleBoard compact computing platform and will allow users to boot into either one of the four operating systems on their devices. It also allows users to switch from one OS to another without having to reboot the system. Super-Jumbo runs on Always Innovating’s products like the Touch Book and Smart Book.

We’re not sure why anybody would want to switch between these four operating systems, but I guess it’s good to know that you can if you want to in the future. Video demonstration of Super-Jumbo running on a BeagleBoard:
