A while back we reported on a set of concept headphones that would allow users to plug into each other headphones and share the music. It is a pretty good idea, but the bad news is that it is only a concept device, which means we may never actually see it hit mass production. However, if sharing music with friends and loved ones is your thing, perhaps Kikkerland’s branching headphone splitters might be right up your alley.

Typically headphone splitters only allow splitting up to two ways, which could prove to be an awkward situation if there are three of you, which means one person could potentially be left out. That’s where Kikkerland’s branching headphone splitters will come in handy as these splitters will split up to three ways.

As you can see in the photo above, the headphone splitters look like they come with a small chain, which means you could technically string it around your neck and have it double up as a fashion accessory when you’re not sharing music with friends, and it’s also a convenient way to bring it around with you. It also comes in three colors and they’re currently priced at $10 each. If you can two more friends to chip in, you could end up paying about $3.33 each; not too shabby, eh? Head on down to Kikkerland Design’s website for more information and to place your order.
