It has just passed the 7 million sales mark on the PC, with word from Mojang themselves that the Pocket Edition, too, will be on the receiving end of new features, now how about that? Basically, the gist of this story would be the original PC version of Minecraft having moved more than 7 million copies worldwide, according to Mojang’s Daniel Kaplan over everyone’s favorite micro blogging vehicle, Twitter.

This bit of good news will continue from where we left off last week, touting that the Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition actually sold approximately 17,000 copies each day. In addition, Mojang also detailed Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.3.3, which is now available on the App Store and Google Play where new features will include added skeletons and spiders, the inclusion of the bow and arrow, an introduction to bone meal and flint, with the ability for mobs to drop items, while torches can now be placed on fences.
