While the device pictured above to the left might resemble a portable hard drive, it is in fact a portable printer by LG. Dubbed the Pocket Photo, this is a mobile photo printing solution for those who want the ability to print photos while on the go and measures 2.8×4.7×0.9-inches, making this the world’s smallest picture printer which as the name has suggested, could fit into your pocket. Photos taken can be sent to the Pocket Photo via NFC, Bluetooth or USB via an Android app, so for those running on iOS it looks like you’re out of luck for now! The app will also allow users to edit the photos, applying filters, messages and even QR codes. The Pocket Photo will be able to print 2×3-inch photos and uses heat-activated Zink paper, thus discarding the need for conventional ink cartridges. No word on when it will be released in the US, but it is expected to debut in Korea and will cost about $169.
