A few days ago Pantech announced the Discover Android smartphone which would be headed for AT&T. However it looks like Pantech has more than just AT&T in their sights and thanks to a leaked rendering obtained by the folks at Unwired View, another Pantech handset by the name of Perception could be headed for Verizon, and while no price was announced, it was speculated that the Perception could be arriving on Verizon’s network this quarter, although if one had to venture a guess, with the Discover priced at $50 on contract, we wouldn’t expect the Perception to stray too far from that price point. As far as specs are concerned, what we do know is that the Pantech Perception will come with a HD display with a resolution of 1196×720 and will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. In any case we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information and availability, so be sure to check back with us later for the details!
