lg-optimus-l4Are these the droids that you are looking for? That really depends, whether you are one who is a huge fan of all things from LG, or you are a Samsung person. That aside, a couple of upcoming handsets from the good people over at LG have leaked ahead of their respective official announcements, and these two would be the LG Optimus L4 and Optimus L4 Dual. Both of them do come with similar hardware specifications to a fault, although the designs are different from one another so it is easier to tell them apart when placed side by side.

What are some of the shared hardware specifications? For starters, both of them will run on MediaTek’s MT6575 platform with a 1GHz single-core Cortex-A9 processor (meh), accompanied by a PowerVR SGX531 GPU and 512MB RAM. Apart from that, you will get a sub-4” display – which is relatively rare these days, coming in the form of a 3.8” True IPS HVGA display, 4GB of internal memory, a 3-megapixel camera with a LED flash and a 1,700 mAh battery to keep it going. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and 3G with HSPA support. They ought to hit the market before the end of next month, where the LG Optimus L4 and Optimus L4 Dual will retail for approximately €135 and €145, respectively.
