Today was a pretty exciting day at E3, what with Sony and Microsoft announcing additional details of the PS4 and Xbox One respectively, and if you were looking forward to more news about Blizzard’s Diablo 3 action-RPG arriving on console, there’s some good news especially if you’re planning to play the game on Sony’s PS3 or PS4 console. During Sony’s E3 press briefing, Sony Computer Entertainment’s Adam Boyes announced that Diablo 3 for the PlayStation will be privy to some exclusive items that other players will not have access to, and more interesting is the fact that the items are not of the Diablo universe, but rather from other Sony games as well. This includes Drake’s Amulet from Unchartered, as well as a pair of shoulder braces which have been inspired by the popular indie game, Journey. The game will be seeing a release on the 3rd of September for the PS3 and Xbox 360, with a release towards the end of the year for the PlayStation 4.
