Most of us know that mobile devices these days tend to come in compact packaging – mainly to save the planet, not to mention the other effects where you can transport a whole lot more units per shipment as opposed to having nice and large packages that contain a whole lot of empty space. In fact, some other manufacturers have also moved to use soy ink when it comes to printing in another effort to go green. Having said that, it looks like the Xiaomi Mi 4i is all set to arrive with extremely strong packaging, as you can see in the video above.

In fact, this strong, unbreakable box that will house the Xiaomi Mi 4i has also been tested by VP Hugo Barra, now how about that? The Xiaomi Mi 4i, which was launched at the end of last month, happens to be a variant model of the company’s flagship Xiaomi Mi 4, where it has been specially developed to target the Indian market, which explains the “i” suffix in the phone’s name.

In fact, Xiaomi’s PR Lead Clinton Jeff actually stood on the packaging just to show how tough this box is, and even having a couple of grown men step on the Mi Box without having it damaged is something to applaud, that is for sure.
