In just a couple of months from now Samsung is going to unveil the Galaxy Note 5 which means it’s the perfect time for the company to run promotions and offer deals to get rid of as much of its Galaxy Note 4 stock as possible. Samsung has announced a new promotion called “Notable Savings” which promises a $200 rebate following a full price purchase of the Galaxy Note 4.

The promotion starts today at 12:00 pm ET and runs through 11:59 pm ET July 26th. Customers have to purchase the Galaxy Note 4 at full price from a participating retailer, excluding U.S. Cellular and Sprint, and then head on over to Samsung’s promotions website to claim the rebate.

On the website customers will be required to submit information such as proof of purchase, details about the device and a few other things. Once that’s done the $200 rebate will be processed.

This translates into considerable savings for customers who want to purchase the Galaxy Note 4 at full price, for example the handset costs $700 on T-Mobile and if you apply the rebate the cost to customer comes down to just $500.

By no means is the Galaxy Note 4 an outdated device, it can still hold its own against the best of them, but with the successor just around the corner, this might be the best time for customers who have been on the fence about this device to pick one up for significantly less than what they would normally have to pay.
