samsung-galaxy-s7-edge-features-1While Samsung’s Galaxy S series has been typically quite a hit, recently it seems that its curved  variants, the Edge models, have proven to be pretty popular as well. So much so that Samsung released a larger Edge+ model last year, and why this year they are planning on continuing that tradition with the Galaxy S7.

Now you might be thinking, how can we be so sure? This is thanks to a recent sighting on Samsung’s website by Galaxyclub.nl (via SamMobile) in which there were references made to the Galaxy S7 Edge, as you can clearly see in the screenshot above. Basically this was discovered in the developer’s portion of the website where Samsung provides some examples of how the curved edges of the screen can be used.

It also seems that it is possible that Samsung could introduce wider edge designs. For example there is an “Edge Single” display which is why we’re currently seeing. However there also appears to be a “Edge Single Plus” that can display more information, thus making the curved displays a bit more functional.

Unfortunately the page did not confirm or reveal any potential specs of the phone, but Samsung has confirmed that they will be making some kind of announcement on the 21st of February, so there is a good chance we will find out more then.
