Windows 95 was released more than 20 years ago. It has since been succeeded by a bunch of Windows versions, but safe to say that it was really Windows 95 that kicked off the whole Start Menu design that we’ve all come to know and love today. Now if you’ve grown up using Windows 95, you know how different it is visually and functionally compared to Windows 10.
However the question is, what if you never grew up around Windows 95? How would you feel if you had to use the operating system? That’s pretty much the question that the Fine Brothers Entertainment wanted to find out in their latest video dubbed, “Teens react to Windows 95”. As expected, many were pretty shocked with the operating system and how it loaded up.
Many were also surprised at the way it looked, which we guess to be fair it does look pretty dated, although we suppose back in the day it was somewhat “revolutionary”, at least compared to MS DOS and Windows 3.x. One girl was even surprised to learn that it did not have WiFi capabilities, a feature that many of us have come to expect as a default setting in today’s computers.
