Xbox One games that make it to PC don’t exactly provide gamers with features that enable them to get the best possible experience out of the title on their preferred platform. That won’t be an issue with Gears of War 4. The upcoming Xbox One title is going to be released on PC as well and the developer of this game has confirmed that Gears of War 4 is going to have many PC-only features which will enable gamers to tune the game to their liking on PC.

Remedy’s Quantum Break was one such game that made the journey from Xbox One to PC but the experience wasn’t too great. It had to deal with limitations of the Universal Windows Platforms which presented frame rate issues and a lack of features.

The Coalition, developer of Gears of War 4, has confirmed that this new game is going to have many PC-only features. For example, it will provide gamers with enhanced video settings with support for dynamic resolutions, and the game will be able to capitalize on high-end PC processors, unlocked frame rates and higher-resolution textures.

Gamers will also have full control over keyboard and mouse input while the benchmarking mode will tell them just how properly their machine is suited to playing Gears of War 4.

Gears of War 4 is going to be released for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on October 11th, 2016.
