trackr alexaHave you ever walked around your home looking for a missing item, like your keys, wallet, or phone? Have you ever yelled out to whoever’s at home if they have seen said item? We’re sure pretty sure that everyone has done that before in their lives, and sometimes the other person might know what we’re talking about, or sometimes they might not.

If you were hoping for a more reliable system, you might be interested to learn that Amazon’s Alexa will be able to do that for your phone. This is thanks to Alexa working with the Trackr app which will help users locate their missing phones. All you have to do is ask Alexa, “Where is my phone?” and it will attempt to find it for you.

Users will of course need to download the Trackr app, install it, and pair it with Alexa for it to work. When users try to locate their devices, it will ring so all you have to do is follow the sound. This will work even if your phone has been set on silent. This is actually a pretty nifty feature and you won’t even need anything else besides the Amazon Echo speakers.

For those unfamiliar, Trackr is a company who has made it a business to help users keep track of their items. The company has created various Bluetooth tracking devices over the years that can help users locate things like keys, wallets, luggages, and so on.
