A couple of weeks ago, a leaked poster revealed the next potential Call of Duty game which assuming the poster was accurate, would be based on World War II. So the question is when will the game be released? For those who are curious, a new image of the poster has been posted onto Reddit which reveals a 3rd of November release date.

Now obviously this should be taken with a grain of salt for now because for all we know, the poster could be a fake. However given that last year’s Call of Duty was also released in November, we suppose seeing Activision choosing to release a new title almost exactly a year later doesn’t seem like that much of a stretch.

Also this poster seems to “confirm” that the next Call of Duty game will be set in World War II, which will be a pretty huge departure considering that the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was set in the future, something that based on the initial trailer posted on YouTube did not go down well with fans.

However Activision was right in that they needn’t have worried as the game ended up proving to be a success. In any case what do you guys think? Is this poster the real deal or are we looking at a fake?
