Aside from the Samsung Galaxy S8, another highly-anticipated smartphone from Samsung comes in the form of the Galaxy Note 8 which is expected to be launched later this year. Now thanks to a video that has made its way online, the alleged front panel of the upcoming smartphone has been leaked.

Now with Samsung increasing the display sizes of both the Galaxy S8 and S8+, it doesn’t really come as a surprise to see that the Note 8’s display has gotten bigger. After all besides S Pen support, a larger display is one of the Note series’ unique features. According to the rumors, word has it that the Note 8 could sport a display of 6.3-inches, although it would be hard to measure based on this video, but it definitely looks huge.

Now we should note that there is no way of telling if the panel in the video is indeed that of the Note 8, so take it with a grain of salt for now. Also what’s interesting and a bit suspicious is how the sides of the front panel aren’t curved, which is something we’ve come to expect from Samsung’s flagships.

Either the panel in the video is a fake, or maybe this could be a prototype, or it could be a flat screen variant, which would be odd since Samsung has pretty much stopped doing that for its flagships. But what do you guys think? Real or fake?
