After months of rumors that Razer was building its very first smartphone, the company confirmed not too long ago that it is indeed developing its first smartphone. The rumors intensified after the company acquired handset manufacturer Nextbit. The company has now scheduled an event in November where it’s going to unveil this device. It hasn’t really teased the device much but a purported live image of the Razer phone has now been leaked online, it might possibly give us a glimpse of the handset’s design.

Razer’s CEO did offer a rather cheeky look at the company’s first handset recently but it didn’t really show off much as far as the design is concerned. The company has also hinted nothing about the specifications and features of its first smartphone.

The company’s fans expect it to be a gaming-focused smartphone, given that Razer is a company that’s best known for its gaming products.

A purported live image of the Razer phone has now been leaked online. The design of the handset looks similar to the Nextbit Robin. We can also see a dual camera system at the back.

For all we know, this could be an early prototype of the device and the real deal might look different. It’s not set in stone so take this image with a pinch of salt. Razer has an event scheduled for November 1st, that’s when we’ll get to see what the company has in store for us.
