Keruve 2010 GPS tracking system for Alzheimer patients
Posted on Oct 4, 09 07:29 PM PDT

GPS is useful for keeping track of your kids or trying to discover just who your spouse is seeing behind your back, but here's another novel idea - the Kreuve 2010 GPS tracking system is able to track down those suffering from Alzheimer's disease, where a base station will help you locate the patient's position while the wrist watch that bears a design which you won't be ashamed of to wear outdoors will beep out the wearer's location. The device will rely on a quartet of different tracking systems to know just where a patient is, where you can see a top-down view on its 4.2" display alongside street names with large letters. No idea on how much this will cost, but usually medical devices don't come cheap.
