David Wiener Ventures has unveiled the Art.Suono iPod speaker dock as well as its transmitter, where both of them rely on machined aircraft-grade aluminum and carbon fiber accents to bring you the ultimate (or at least it ranks pretty high up the pecking order) iPod speaker dock. The transmitter is able to play nice with a computer source as well, a CD player, satellite radio or virtually any other MP3 player/PMP thanks to its auxiliary input jack. 2.4GHz wireless technology is used to send the signal to compatible wireless speakers, while the Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technique makes room for a strong, drop-out-free connection that aims to maintain signal quality. No idea on how much it costs or when will it be released, but we aren’t looking at cheap.
