Apple finally rolled out the iMac Graphics Firmware Update 1.0 to address complaints of screen flickering, where it will update the graphics firmware on ATI Radeon HD 4670 and 4850 graphics cards so that your poor eyes will no longer need to tolerate image corruption or display flickering when using the brand new 27′ iMac. The firmware update is relatively lightweight at 683KB, where it will run on at least Mac OS X 10.6.2. Anyone tried out this update already, and what are your impressions?
