Samsung i8910 HD Gets HX-V3-16 Hacked Firmware

Folks who own a Samsung i8910 HD and are trying to eke out more features and performance out of the device might want to check out the latest hacked firmware by HyperX. Of course, it’s worth it to remember that installing a hacked firmware will almost certainly void your warranty with the manufacturer, so you’d want to proceed with caution, not to mention backup your information first. The HX-V3-16 firmware offers some useful new features for the device such as:

  • Better performance
  • More free disk space. 80MB compared to the original 18MB from the stock Samsung firmware
  • Full 24fps 720p video recording with higher quality audio capture
  • Kinetic scrolling
  • Better theme transitions
