This is still very much a rumor at this point, and considering what it’s about, we do suggest that you take it with a pinch of salt. According to the rumor, a newspaper claims that the Android OS that is currently powering Samsung’s Galaxy Tab can be replaced with Google’s Chrome OS when the OS is launched. If the rumor is accurate, the upgrade is something that should be done by tech savvy people. It’s hard to imagine Samsung pushing out a whole OS change for the tablet, but if such a move does happen, it would certainly be a talking point, not to mention a unique selling point of the device.
