Ever wondered just what the Sony NEX-7 would look like? Well, wonder no more, as the Sony NEX-7’s image has just leaked out. No idea on whether this is the official image or not, but even if it is, bear in mind that the final product might just end up with some differences. Perhaps this is a red herring that Sony threw out to the masses just to mislead them? There are so many possibilities, so it really depends on which side of the divide you are on.

The NEX-7 will apparently come equipped with a rangefinder style in the same vein as that of the Fuji X100. Well, the NEX-7 will come with the very same A77 24-megapixel sensor, not to mention a 3 million dot OLED EVF. Bear in mind that this is no a hybrid viewfinder at all, and will sport an attached Zeiss 24mm f/1.8 lens.

So far most people have estimated the Sony NEX-7 to retail for around $1,200 when it finally hits the market. Ah well, we guess we will just have to wait for the NEX-7 to surface on the FCC before wringing out more information on it from the documents filed.
