Those who have had experience with the Nokia 3D World Gaze app would be interested to know that this particular app has just been updated at Nokia Beta Labs with a fair number of changes. First of all, there is the standard pinch-and-zoom capability that has been incorporated, not to mention inertia added so that scrolling becomes far smoother.

There is also a loading spinner that will appear on the left when the app loads the initial content set after launching. The entire content toolbar buttons will appear after the content has completed loading. In the older version, there was nothing shown to indicate that data was being loaded.

Apart from that, a new Settings panel has also been introduced by swiping the inward on the left edge, and for those who are not on the metric system, you can always opt to set miles for distances instead of kilometers. It is also said that performance has been improved, with the stability of server backend to boot. If you’re willing to give this particular version a go, then head on here.
