Self-Defense Training Camp
The Microsoft Kinect seems to be the perfect replacement for hiring personal trainers these days. After all, who doesn’t want to work out in the comfort of their own home, and not have to fork out large amounts of money every month to pay a personal trainer to teach them stuff? Following the trend of training games on the Xbox 360, the folks over at Ubisoft have decided to launch a new gamed called Self-Defense Training Camp.

Just like the title of the game – don’t expect any surprises: it is going to be a game that teaches you about self-defense. It is made up of workouts and self-defense drills divided into four categories: technique, reflexes, composure, and stamina. It will also contain mini games that help to improve your reflexes, along with “meditative forms of exercise” to help you keep calm in stressful situations. Check out the trailer to see how the game works. Self-Defense Training Camp will be released on November 8th for the Xbox 360 with Kinect.
