Remember the ASUS TF300T tablet that was leaked a couple of weeks back? Well apart from a photo of the device, not much else of the tablet is known, at least until now when Polish blog TabletOWO managed to get their hands on a screenshot alleging to be the official comparison sheet of ASUS’s Transformer series of tablets.

Thanks to the leak, it has been revealed that the TF300T will sport a 1.2GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, a 10.1” IPS display with a resolution of 1280×800, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and will feature dual cameras: an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 1.2MP front-facing camera with the former sporting 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities. It will also run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as its platform of choice.

Oddly the TF700T listed seems to have undergone a SoC change. The device originally announced back at CES 2012 was said to feature NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor as well, but the spec sheet seems to have revealed it will come with a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8060A processor instead, which means that ASUS has decided to change the SoC or the spec sheet is wrong.

Either way since nothing can be confirmed for now, all of this should be taken with a grain of salt. There is a good chance that ASUS will be debuting the TF300T at MWC 2012, so check back with us again for confirmation and clarification of the details.
