YouTube users are probably familiar with the Like/Dislike buttons that accompany the videos that they watch, and according to reports, it looks like Google might be replacing them with Google +1 buttons instead, ultimately bringing an end to the Dislike button. We guess since Google owns YouTube, it was only a matter of time before we started seeing +1 buttons make their into the website.

Clicking on the button apparently does the same as the regular Like button, except in this case you will also get the option of sharing the Liked video on your Google+ profile. Personally I have yet to encounter this new Google +1 Like button on my YouTube videos, so perhaps it might be an update that’s rolling out in stages, so apart from the screenshot above (taken off a forum), any of our readers out there experiencing this new Google +1 Like button while watching their YouTube videos? Let us know in the comments below!
