Earlier this morning, we brought you word on how a group of gamers have lobbied for a new ending in Mass Effect 3, and while BioWare maintains that the current ending will stay, that does not mean they will not do anything to introduce what could very well be new “titles” as part of the Mass Effect universe sometime down the road. Damage control, anyone? It seems that future content will offer additional clarity to the Mass Effect 3 ending, and Mass Effect 3 can be said to be just the beginning, as there are more titles to be part of the Mass Effect intellectual property in the future. Muzyka, BioWare’s boss, also claimed that the Mass Effect 3 development team have already rolled up their sleeves to develop new game content initiatives which are able to add more perspective to the ending of Mass Effect 3. In addition, he mentioned, “Building on their research, Exec Producer Casey Hudson and the team are hard at work on a number of game content initiatives that will help answer the questions, providing more clarity for those seeking further closure to their journey. We’re working hard to maintain the right balance between the artistic integrity of the original story while addressing the fan feedback we’ve received.” What do you think as a Mass Effect fan?
