Remember the issue with HTC and the customs hold-up? Well, it seems that there has been progress on the situation by HTC’s part in making amendments and resolving the situation. After all, word has it that the EVO 4G LTE has started to make its way into the hands of retail stores soon, and HTC has recently announced a full resolution of these import issues. Just last week, HTC stated that “some of our products have passed the review and have been delivered to our telecoms operators’ clients in the US”. Good to know that things have changed for the better, although as of last week, things were pretty much fuzzy, where we do not know just how long it will take before the entire cache of HTC devices will be released to the masses. Guess it is business as usual from today onwards with HTC and their range of smartphones, with HTC stating that “future shipments should continue to enter the US”, and the deliveries ought to return to normal. At least there is no longer any need to wait for months for your HTC smartphone, right?
